The receptionist was VERY helpful and assigned a good room near the exit for easy access with my dog. I REALLY appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly. The room had everything I needed for my brief stay.
I noticed that the television volume was capped. It was TOO quiet, and I could barely hear it at full volume.

damaged fitting neglected bathroom
The staff were always excellent. It is true.
The bathroom really needs an update, some fittings were damaged. It looked neglected. For the price I paid, i expected better conditions. I am disappointed.
